connecting bluetooth to 2004 comand?

Getting confused in my old age. I have a 2004 comand, with, i think, a uhi connector in the armrest with an old skool 6310i nokia phone.

My new phone obv wont work with this. Will this?

Seems expensive for such an old device. Will it work with newer cars, so the investment will be for this and potentialy the next car?
