Cornering lights.

Is there any way to turn off/disable this useless function? I caught sight of mine in a shop window yesterday as I was waiting to turn left and it just looks like I have a fog light out.....looked awful.

I found it a useful feature because it lights-up where I'm trying to park the car, but each to their own.

I assume you've already checked the menus, so the answer is probably that it would have to be coded-out.

But my fogs look like crappy candles so do bugger all anyway Might just pull the bulbs, sod it.

Won't you get a bulb failure error message if you do that?

Most likely you will need to hook it up to the MB STAR diagnostic in order to disable the cornering feature.

I had this function retrofitted on my S203, great feature and very useful when negotiating a twisty dark driveway, or reversing in an unlit carpark.

It can only be disabled using STAR.
