Correct Wrench size for w211 e55 amg oil filter hosing?

As above, i believe the same size used across many different models. I do aware of the original OEM wrench part number, but not the price i wanna pay.

SO far I found many sizes on the web which all abot confusing. 74mm 74.4mm 74.5 and 75mm X14 flutes. Aftermarket i can find 74 , 74.5 to 76mm. Which size is the correct one? Please advise. Thank

Some places such as Machine Mart only sell them in sets IIRC.
Halfords sell them as a single item. Visit a branch and try it for size before you buy. Around £6 each I think.

As you said earlier, they vary. I recall my OM611 Sprinter and OM613 E-Class being the same but a lot smaller than the OM642 in my Vito.

This one LINK seems to be the type you need but it's best to buy from somewhere you can actually try before you buy.

For each MB I have owned the torque setting is 25nm.

So long as you make sure it is a 14-flute item, any of the sizes you mention will do the job. The tightening torque is only 25 nm, so a little slop doesn't matter much.

74.4mm x14 is the correct one for M112 and M113 engines.
