diesel injector breaking pressure

1998 E 300 td, 606 engine.

does anyone what the breaking pressure of the injectors should be. Im taking them to be retested tomorrow and want to make sure that the're tested correctly.
They were refurbished last week but only the nozzles were replaced, should the springs be renewed aswell as part of the service?
