TV, as well as the internet, isn't good for you either. A colleague from way back was caught out when he inadvertently appeared on the 6 o'clock TV news. He was watching the news on the sofa with his wife, when there was a 'roving reporter' report which had been filmed earlier in the day in the centre of Leeds. He appeared in the background just behind the reporter stepping out of a pub arm in arm with his bit on the side.
