Mercedes e270cdi Avantgarde 2002 (52)
Here goes, it's come time to sell my w211. I have owned it since October 2015 and in that time have covered a modest 13k most of which are miles traveled too and from France. Just been serviced (service B) 1000 miles ago. MOT is due in 29 Oct 2017.
it has 2 previous owners,
The car comes with the usual refrimentes typical of Mercedes.
Auto headlights
Auto wipers
Electric windows
Fog lights
Electrical seats
Electric mirrors
Airbags
Abs
Pas
CD changer
Cruise control
First aid kit
Spare wheel
Pan roof
Fold down rear seats
Bi Xenon headlights
18inch Genuine AMG wheels with good tyres
Recent work carried out
Wheels professionally refurbished
Injector 2 replaced
Service B
Good tyres all round
Premium Wiper Blades
Mechanically the car asks for noting, its a below average miles example with just 123k with part history and Backed up by Vosa.
In my ownership I have had the following work also carried out.
Bluethooth hands free kit professionally installed (NOKIA CK 200)
Third brake light replacement
Rear N/S Cluster Replaced
Bonnet Release Replaced
New Exide AUX Battery
NSF Bottom Arm replaced
OSF Bottom arm replaced
OSF upper suspension arm replaced
NSF Bottom ball joint replaced
Washer bottle repaired
New Thermostat
New LED Side lights
New Rear wind screen
Injector 3 replaced by MSL
New Steering angle sensor
New Turbo pipe installed
NS Outer Track Rod Replaced
As you can see a lot of time effort and money has been put into the car. Mechanically the car asks for noting, it’s a below average miles example with just 123k with part history and Backed up by Vosa.
Bad Points
As with any car of its age it has some bad points
The car has recently been a total loss (CAT D) the only damage being a broken passenger side mirror and a small dink in the door (I know silly right!) See pics
Body work is in need of some TLC
Pillar B has some wear
Bonnet release cable has slipped (RHS)
Rear Head rest don’t drop (faulty fuse?)
Driver side mirror glass broken
In conclusion a nice e class with a decent spec in need of minimal work to get it back on the road again.
I’m asking a reasonable £1950 Based In Birmingham
