Posting this again as I can't edit my other thread title!
I'm picking up a 2014 E63 S tomorrow morning having driven a long way to the dealership.
The car has what Mercedes term an AMG rear axle limited-slip differential lock fitted as standard. This came with a complimentary oil change at 2000 miles I believe.
I asked before I set off if it had been done and was told they'd look into it. It turns out despite the car having a full service history there is no record of the L.S.D oil change. The dealer is trying to find out if this has been done.
If it's not been done am I going to have trouble with the L.S.D in future? The car has done just under 14000 miles. Is it a deal breaker as I'm signingfor the car out in the morning or am I concerned for no reason?
The car is expensive enough for me already so I can't be swapping it out for a Quaife L.S.D.
Advice much appreciated!
