Engine modifications w203/ clk w209 / diesel cdi m612

Hi MBCLUB-

Looking to modify the engine to get more acceleration performance.

Apart from a remap, can anyone recommend modifications to the Diesel engine ?
Such as the bypass of exhaust gas recirculation EGS?
Possibly larger turbo but rather lower costing part etc.

Engine: Merc cdi 2.7 engine block: M612 R5 0M612

Anyone else have any experience
Appreciate any input.

That is some serious torque hence I am extremely curious!

Amg injectors, om613 turbo hybrid, om613 fuel pump,
Big intake pipe and filter, 4bar boost pressure sensor,

I now have custom intercooler made, a v8 cdi pump and a3" exhaust to make, then it will be going back on the dyno,

ohhhh very nice! have you got a pic of the intake pipe.
are the fuel rail module chip boxes any good or just rubbish?
Im tempted to put a larger turbo in, ideally off a larger merc cdi, how easy is it- just dont want fault codes to pop up?

All will really need custom coding on the ecu,
The 320cdi turbo is a strait bolt on swap apart from a adapter required, keep away from the box's, there pure **** just tricking the ecu, you can't beat a good quality remap! Not a cheap remap! To many slave tuners doing poor quality remaps for 150 quid, you get what you pay for on remaps

I'd be interested to know about a possible turbocharger upgrade as well. Would like to see some images of adapter required.
