Esp yaw rate sensor diagnostics?

Hi guys,

My replacement yaw rate sensor shows the same erratic values via diagnostics as the old one.

Can you help me with diagnostic steps before I return it?

How do I bench test the sensor?

It is second hand. I am using creader 8. I just replaced the lateral sensor with a second hand one and it now shows stable accurate values. The yaw rate still keeps jumping around.

Before I return it I want to make sure it's not something else causing the problem. Maybe the old sensor is good after all. Is that possible? I got the diagnostic guide from the crossfire which seems similar enough except the part where I need to test between the esp harness and the sensor harness. They are at opposite ends in my car.

ABS warning light is off. No dtc stored anywhere.

Could anyone help me to locate the Yaw sensor in my C250 CDI sport W204 . It is not under the passenger/driver seats or the boot . I searched everywhere for an answer without any luck .
