Gear Knob Help

Hi all, (new here) I have a Vito 2004 (W639) and I am looking for a replacement Gear Knob, I didn't realise how difficult this would be as most places only sell the type where you can't use it for "Lift and reverse" which is what I need...
Ideally I would like something a bit different than just the standard type, as I am in the process of doing a day van camper refit, My van is purple and I have a black and purple gaitor to fit, once I find a gear knob too.
Any help or pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated and will check back soon...

Afik the gear knob on our 639 vito's are not removable. So installing any gear knob is not actually possible.
Replacement gaitors are readily available, but installation of them without being able to remove the knob is "problematic".
There is a company in Germany who supply a nifty looking assembly complete, but I'm not up to coughing up £100 for my old van.
