It just goes to show if you suspect something wrong then there probably is !!
Whilst on holiday my front brakes were sort of grinding a bit when pulling up at junctions or just in slow traffic,Fine at all other times and stopped me without problems.Just the annoying grinding noise was really getting at me,So off came the wheels and found that the pads were starting to crack So went to the dealers and bought genuine pads and chucked the old ATE pads away into the "I will never buy cheap crap again bin" It doesn't look too bad from the photos but when holding the pads close up I wonder how long they would have lasted if I had left them in?
