Instant mpg n c320 2008

Hi on my last car i was able so set the trip computer so i could see what mpg i was doing at any given time a instantaneous mpg read out.
Is this possible on the c class i cant seem to figure out how to do it i can only see the total trip mpg.

Not possible I'm afraid.

I've driven a few hire cars with it and found it next to useless. It was up and down like a fiddler's elbow, going from 5 to 999 mpg between two sets of traffic lights.

The 'since start' readout is much better and more meaningful.

Don't know about Mercs but afaik most car's OBC had instant AND the more important Average function

I have that on my W204 C class displayed as a horizontal bar, linked to my right foot One of the trip functions in the display, just cycle through them.
