These armoured cars always seem to have been registered years after they were built. I can't magine they're a stock item, so must be the purchaser choosing not to register?

From that you'd guess it would be a mayday system or gps related alarm system that would broadcast on a particular frequency.

The motorola bit being a satellite phone or similar you think?
