jacking up the front of a clk

Hi all.

I am about to attempt an oil change today. ( going fdiwn diagnostic route regarding the cold start issue). But thought I would do the oil first. I want to Jack up the front of my com and use axle stands to initially get under the car, remove the lower engine cover and find where everything is (got new oil filter on it's way) but could someone point me in the right direction as far as finding suitable jacking points for a trolley Jack? Thank you

On the sill there are round plastic jacking points for a trolley jack, put axle stands under the subframe/lower arm area, you will need a tool for the oil filter to.

Wish they were round on the W211, instead of rectangular with inset to
locate the scissor jack
Ice hockey puck no good either.
