 Rubbish customer service - I have now emailed Kleeman UK 3 times first time in early December 2007 last time was on Monday. Why do companies such as this who offer great performance parts for MB can't be bothered to answer their email enquiries. I wonder how much business they loose, or if they are only interested in customers who wish to spend in excess of £5,000 or more.

Ditto-always very slow response!
MKB might reply but make sure you are sitting down when you see how much;)

Same story here with Kleeman. Going back a few months I wondered if Kleemann UK were still trading, but they advertise in Mercedes Enthusiast every month - even a new advert in the last issue.

I've given up now. I have a price list from 2005 for W203 and W163 if anybody wants it.

Thanks. Yes i saw the advert which made me contact them again on Monday. If I ran my business like that would be broke by now. All i want is the C Class (M271) sports cat replacement as i can get header made up in Plymouth.

a friend of mine worked at a specialist car audio centre in Sussex, and i was once chatting to him about kleeman mercedes products, and he informed me that the u.k outfit were based in east sussex, he knew this because they had a kleeman mercedes demo car in, and he said that the owner who ran the outfit, was the biggest to$$er he had ever had the displeasure to meet......

I think he's a member here too.

perhaps then he will read this thread and explain his poor customer service, and prove my friend wrong also.....:)

Can I try the header for free please and then do a write u??:D

Yup, bad customer service demands freebies to try out. Anyway's i have since been in contact with CKS emailed them this morning got a response this afternoon - now that's what i call a good service. So unless Kleeman (if the guy who owns the UK distribution in East Sussex reads this on here) fails to make contact with me by first thing in the morning my business is going to CKS all £2,500 grand of it (is a sprintbooster really that much).

I contacted Kleemann UK recently to enquire about a Kleemann KD Box. In the end, Elephant Insurance would not cover it so I did not go ahead with the purchase. I e-mailed Kleemann UK several times with various questions and got replies the same day or early next day, the guy who e-mailed me back was very helpful and I could not fault them. In case you are using the wrong e-mail addresses or phone numbers, I've listed the ones I used below.

Crikey, that's some serious modding!!

Do post with how you get on. CKS have a - let's say "interesting" reputation on this forum.

Only joking. Although i am in discussion regarding header and sports cat replacement and of course - sprintbooster. Those are the final mods i wish to carry out on this particular car. Then it's piggy bank time for a nice used C350 with everything on it - well almost.
