Wow! what a labour of love. Surprised he had time for kids!

That's quite something.

I was expecting a model like that chap that built the exact scale model Ferrari....

Looks great and hats off to anyone who can do that.

The leg room / offset looks mighty tight for driver though?

Surely you'd have put a V12 in it?!

If only I had a basement :D

Paint job looks nice too. So would he have fitted it all up in the basement and then disassembled to take to spray shop?

Panel fit looked better than original Countachs too

That looks great!

I had a 10 foot poster across my bedroom wall of a Countach when I was a kid, at the time an amazing design, same its dated so badly.

I'm guessing if he has the ability to facbricate the panels himself then spraying it wouldn't have been too much of a struggle.

Fabulous colour. Miles better than the vomit yellow often seen.

That's just stunning.

I had a poster of that Farah bird from Charlie's Angels:devil:

And shes dated worst than the Orignal orange Countach:

no, he made the body jig from wood then built the ally panels around it

Ken went into the project fully aware of the problem of a getting the car out of his basement — it was your classic ship-in-a-bottle project problem. When the faux Lambo was complete, he actually hired a contractor to knock out a part of the basement wall, build an earthen ramp, and then drag the car out of its subterranean workshop.

SUPERB STUFF!! :bannana:
