We took a 28 months agility leasing on a used (57reg) GL and the 4 month before the lease expires the car was towed away and we are waiting for a quote for the repair.
The car has been maintained by Mercedes dealer and I am wondering who will have to pay for the repair bill. In this instance it is a major issue with the car electrics so nothing due to normal wear and tear.
Any help would be much appreciated !
