Looking for W164 ML "B Pillar" Trim Covers in black

Can't find the stick on trim anywhere in usual UK/EU outlets. Most have chrome finish and some offer complete OEM replacement units, but just trying to clean up appearance. Ten years of fingerprints and sunshine are unforgiving.

Posted below is the listing from the USA for the black trim and then the EU advert for the chrome ones. I just begrudge paying more in postage (and later duty & VAT) than the cost of the kit.

Can't find them in black except for two USA suppliers with 2-3 shipping and £22 shipping costs (and then VAT and duty to be added).
Really hoping for an EU supplier for speed of delivery
