I have Navigation 20 in my W204, occasionally after turning on the ignition it says no USB, usually rectified by unplugging the USB stick and plugging it back in again, whereupon it remembers the last track it was playing.

It is a 32GB one, has anyone got any suggestions

I would try another usb stick first - a good quality one if poss.

I previously a 16GB initially and that was OK as far as I remember, but insufficient to get all my music on it. I think it is a reasonable quality one I did try with an ebay 32GB and that wouldn't work at all, it was OK on the PC however.

Sound as if it's your USB stick that's the problem tbh .. Try reformatting it & see of fault reoccurs?!

I have a 64gb on mine and works fine. It's a 3.0 but I had a 2.0 before and also worked well. I would try a different stick.
