No 190's have adjustable steering columns.

Seems pretty good value if you ask me......2 owners from new, very low mileage for the age, seemingly good bodywork etc

i think condition over mileage everytime with a classic, lets face it. Any pre 90s car is most prob clocked at some point and mileage is engine, transmission moving parts. All of which can be fixed and changed at a fraction of fixing rust problems on chassis or body.
