Guys, apologies I should have added some explanation.

In POST 5: These are our two rescue Siberian Huskies. Mischa, the white girl and Loki the biscuit coloured boy.

They replaced our previous two Siberians who went with Old Age and were also both rescues.

Docile and loving animals by nature but not for people who want a dog that sits at their feet or walks off the lead (hence why so many are being abandoned). Siberians retain the ability to survive without humans. Off the lead they will simply go after whatever takes their fancy. In "prey mode" you are non-existent to them. They shut off all senses except the ones that enable them to catch stuff.

My other two passed just as I got really sick with Cancer. We rescued these two (not as a pair) after my surgery as I so desperately missed my other two. They walk me every single day taking me to places I simply would never walk to on my own. They have been tremendous in helping me as I try to recover. As a family we would never be without them. They are "just here" looking after us.

A one year old Cavachon..... being a city dig, she has a penchant for coffee shops.

I love this thread. Thanks to Lee (Dogbreath).

I seem to remember a similar thread a while back that was just as enjoyable.

Thanks again Lee. :thumb:
