Media Interface?

Hi,
I might be buying my Father's 2014 C180SE from him in the next couple of months. It came with a pack that includes Command and the Panoramic roof but I am not sure if it has the media interface. It is this that I assume will give me a wired connection to my iPhone that will allow it to be controlled from the Command system.
It has a rectangular socket in the box between the seats next to the USB port but I don't remember there being a media interface option in the Command menu.
How can I be sure whether the car has this feature?

You can be sure by checking the car's VIN against a VIN check website.

But I am 99% sure that your 2014 car with COMAND will have that.

What is should also have is:

Speed Sign Recognition
Reverse camera
TomTom Live Traffic Data subscription

Thanks for that. It definitely has the reversing camera and speed sign recognition. Will check next time I'm there. Not a bad spec for such an otherwise basic car.

Press the DISK button and you should see a screen saying 'No device connected', or go to the Audio menu and see if Media interface is in the list.
