mercedes 350sl stereo amp position

hi. i have a 2003 mercedes 350 sl with comand and cd changer behind the passenger seat . iam trying to find the cars amplifier (AMP) To fit a new sound system system etc. but cant find the car amp. as usual ringing mercedes only gave me a rough idea . any help please . urgent .. ;-)
