I'm confused too. I can't see any braking going on, whether auto or not - the front of the car doesn't dive.
Surely all the vid shows is that you get rather more damage if you drive into something at 40 kph than you do at 20 kph (gosh, who'd'ave thought it etc).

I think, although its not at all clear......that the autobrake is working in the second test and both cars started at the same speed, I assume.......as I said, I think.........

I would not trust that article, my new Q3 has better ratings than the Landrovr in its class in all tests apart from Pedestrian Impact (and who cares about them? ).
