I can see why the Lady was reluctant to wait two hours next to her car given it was midnight and potentially unsafe, but the mentioning of the brand and MY probably serves the purpose of suggesting that anyones who owns a 2014 convertible Merc should be able to fork-out £40 for a taxi.
