I have since bought genuine brake pads, discs and 2 sensors all round for my SL350 and was wondering if there is anything I need to make sure gets done when getting it fixed at a local indy close to me, Any help would be appreciated...

When was the brake fluid last changed?

Thanks guys, is there a special brake fluid to use or any is fine? car is an SL350?

Check specification, but I would bet its glycol based DOT4, or DOT5.1, unless, some "bright mind" decided to use silicone based DOT5...

Moral of the story, DOT4 and 5.1 can be mixed, where DOT5 don't even attempt to mix with glycol based.
