New E55K owner

All, I and now the owner of a nice 2004 E55K and having had A C32, plus a few C55 am enjoying the extra grunt!

probably been asked before but I had a secondary cat and res box delete on the C55 estate and it was very droney but the same on the saloon was fine so what is best on the E55;- I'd like some more noise and an thinking 4 or 5 below but just a res box delete sounds OK on what videos I found;- Thoughts please

1) secondary cats only
2) res box only
3) secondary cats and res box
4) secondary cats and res box with X pipe
5) secondary cats and res box with H pipe

Hi Mr Fixit, I'm only in Harwich so not far from you, I could always show you my e55k,

Its had a Secondary Cat delete, Res delete, X-pipe fitted with 2 Powerflow rear silencer's.

I get a little drone at 50mph, either below or above sounds Awesome, On boost it sounds similar to errr Nascar lol

I have c63 rear boxes, headers, the rest is oem, no drone, happy to demo as local

Read my thread here that's all I had done was resonator delete and H Pipe. Only really noticeable when on the move. You could try the same but get an X Pipe instead?

Either of the above will do very nicely.
Alps has the best set up using C63 boxes but they are like gold dust to find.

I have secondary cat delete and c63 back boxes sounds amazing and no drone. My old exhaust had just the back box delete and it droned a lot sounds so good now and is pretty quiet until u go over 3500rpm
