Hi, just joined as I have recently purchased a 2004 ML350. It's very low mileage and has a full MB service history. It's to be the family transport, joining a Renault Megane (shopping/daily drive) and a 1993 Nissan Skyline which is our 'classic in waiting' 
I'm impressed with the ML, it has plenty of power and although the handling is very different to our other two cars, it's excellent for such a large, heavy and tall vehicle. We once owned a Range Rover and I'd say it is as good or better.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to learning much from the forum and hopefully contributing from time-to-time too.
