Good afternoon all.
Following an unfortunate loss in the Family I have inherited a C180 Elegance. The Car is fairly immaculate despite being 21 years old. I've taken out Classic Insurance with the goal of keeping the Car Maintained and in running order for as close to forever as is possible.
I'm a keen DIY motoring enthusiast and will be using the site mainly for Maintenance and technical information. Thank you in advance for any help and advice that I'm sure you will be able to provide in the future.
I'm also keen on car shows and meets and frequently attend Japanese themed shows (my other car is a 350Z). I'd been considering classic cars for a while and have been to the Haynes and Beaulieu museums. The C180 is rather newer than the sort of cars I was thinking about but it does provide a nice inroad to Classic Car and Mercedes ownership. Perhaps I'll bump into some of you at a future show.
