I have a CLK 2005 Facelift with Comand fitted, I bought a Pioneer Avic F950BT only to discover that this is not easily compatible with the Harman Kardon sound system and existing amplifier - due to the optic fibre wiring. It would need to have a lot of re-wiring, new amplifier and expense which I was not prepared to do. So have now returned the SATNAV.
So am now investigating the possibility of having installed a Parrot Bluetooth which supports Ipod. I have found this on ebay

Does anyone know whether this would be compatible with the Comand system/Harmon Kardon/Amplifier which uses optic fibre wiring.
