Hi,
The car is a 2002 C220 CDi Sports Coupe which has been well used and given me good service over the years and now the Panoramic Sunroof is stuck in tilt mode. I believe that there's something jammed in the mechanism of the left motor and I need to access it.
Can anyone tell me if I need any special tools and give me some pointers as to how to dismantle the front half of the headlining to give me full access to the motors? Or point me towards any resources that might help.
BTW: I am able to access the visible parts of the motors from the overhead light/sunroof control cluster, but manually cranking the left motor does not work. However, the right motor that controls the blind works as it should.
