Hi all,

I'm looking into having my current alloys powder coated from the current gloss black with diamond cut faces to solid gloss black, no diamond cut finish.

I'm here hoping for a photoshop wizard to create a quick rendering to see how it will look prior to getting it done.

Thanks, Greg

I'll have a go tomorrow, but do you have any higher res images? Those are a bit low resolution for good high quality photoshopping. The originals (not resized by facebook) should be plenty big enough.

Gloss black will look ****e!

Go with a dark anthracite.

This is anthracite sort of finish...

I do like the satin black that most of the C63 wheels come in but anthracite could look terrible if it didn't come out the correct shade i.e. grey!

Satin black always makes the tyres look dirty brown, and just gets completely lost in the arch.

This is the sort of anthracite shade I think works when going darker...

Sorry, a very lazy quick & rough job, but should hopefully help a little bit:

Didn't do the rear one in the second photo (low res) and the third pic (I'm very lazy)

Thanks guys that's spot on and I've decided on saving for a new set of wheels. I don't think these wheels will ever suit the C class IMO. Looks like a massive afterthought from MB to make some AMG edition cars...
