Plastic Dash Re-Trim

Apologies if this is a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question, but what sort of costs to re-trim a plastic dashboard in leather?

I would have thought it would be cheaper to purchase a leather dash from a salvage yard, depending on what year and what car you wanted to re-trim. I would imagine the dash would have to be removed to be re-trimmed anyway.
