Not really a 'vs' clip, more of a 'showing how the systems operate' clip.
It's also the latest systems, not the traditional ones.
So it's the new A4 Allroad system without the Torsen differential and with the electronically activated clutches which can completely disengage the rear diff.
And the 4Matic is the version found in the CLA - Transverse engine, DCT trannie and fancy new rear diff.

Not quite an applicable side by side with the Audi and BMw system designed for longitudinal installed engines and seem more sophisticated than the one featured in the A which is using a 'haldex' style one and fitted to a transverse engine. A more direct comparison would be against the new 4matic+ system in the new E63.
