R230 Sl350 2004 SRS lamp on. Any help appreciated!

As per title
I have an SRS fault on our Sl350
It will not clear

Looking on the forum I've found the Mercedes version of the code

"B1864 Belt pretensioner passenger's side resistance too high"
My snap-on diagnostic calls this ignition circuit five

Also has a fault of low voltage at airbag module

Previously it wouldn't talk to the airbag module "no comms" and the SAM was showing as "no comms"

Now it talks to the airbag unit just fine

All other airbag items show as OKay
Which is strange as they all show as good but the fault is listed.

The carpets seem dry
The car was stored for a long time in a warehouse couple of thousand miles in 3 years
The car has new main battery and starter battery both correct from Mercedes.

Any pointers are welcome I've said befor w my comfort zone is firmly in the other end of Stuttgart with Ferdi and Butzi
Cheers

UK car Right hand drive R230 SL

B1864 Belt pretensioner passenger's side resistance too high

Fault is Left hand side seat belt pre-tensioner.
Scanned for fault codes. Shows as resistance too high.

Fault with this was a broken wire just before the Yellow plug next to the main seat ECU.

This is "airbag plug" is part of the SRS system and is called electrical connector X28/8 Drivers side or X28/9 Passendger side
There is a standardized MB revision fix for this in Mercedes Worshop manuals WIS

With our car fault code and actual fault matched. MB allow for the car being Right hand drive in their literature
(Some threads I found online do not account for the LH Drive, RH Drive vs Left hand side vs Right hand side)
