As per the title.

A facelift CLS is on the list as a potential replacement for the C320 or just an addition to the fleet, ideally I would like a petrol car with the 350 CGi engine in silver or grey with a grey or light colour interior, sat nav, heated and memory seats.

Petrol cars are quite rare and finding one with memory seats more so it seems so could memory seats be retrofitted?

I know you would need the front seats, door cards, possibly modules and coding, looms etc, presumably most could be sourced from crashed donor cars?

Contact the guys at Comand.co.uk. Given you VIN they would be able to advise exactly what's required. Definitely some coding needed.
Personally I'd get them to do the whole install, guaranteed a first class job

If I get to that situation they would be first on the list to do the work!
