Hi, I'm having problems with my central locking and rear interior lights on my 220 TE. The rear and boot courtesy lights stick on, intially removing the fuse reset this but now they are constantly on, The central locking refuses to work at all, I can hear the pump when the drivers key is operated but it wont move any locks. I replaced the tailgate soft close mechanisim and have checked the wiring at the tailgae hinges and replaced a couple of broken wires which has the soft close working again. . Before all this started the central locking wasn't perfect but it would unlock the car from the boot lock , but the boot lock would not lock the car, just the tailgate, however if the tailgate was locked the passenger doors would opperate from the driver and passenger door. No remote , all done on the key. I'm now wondering if the tailgate pneumatic/electrical switch is faulty-any suggestions? Help!
