Screen de mist bias

I have noticed that there is a distinct bias towards the left hand side of the windscreen when using demist function. Is there a switch or command to change the bias towards the right hand side.? This is on a 2015 W212.

I noticed the same with both my Mercs, the passenger side always demisted before the driver's. I put it down to the fact the car was designed as a LHD, so it would demist the driver's side more quickly? Or was it because 9 times out of 10 I would be sitting in the car, so would be contributing to the moisture from my breath?

I have noticed in my Lexus there is no bias, both sides demist equally (very) quickly
