Hey guys I have a clk55 convertible and I was wondering how I remove the silver interior parts, is there a post anywhere for it?

The bits I'm talking about are:
The strips on the door cars and rear side panels, window switch surrounds, ash tray cover, below and above the stereo and gear leaver surround. )I think that's it)

Thank you

Good luck!

EDIT: The Instrctions for Dash Trim depend on whether you have a pre-facelift or facelift CLK. The video I have posted is for facelift

Prefacelift = https://youtu.be/sM12tNcoduw (vid is from W203 only difference is on the CLK I believe you don't need to access screws via air vent)

When I looked (briefly) at this, it seemed like quite an expensive exercise to remove the aluminium trim. I was thinking about wrapping a couple of the pieces just to make the inside a little more muted (and less *bling*).

What are your plans?

Great thanks guys.
I'm going to get them dipped with a carbon fibre finish. Been quoted £80 for all the bits.

Still undecided if I should go for gold and black or grey and black. The gold and black looks more like real carbon [emoji848]

Cheers
