I bought my C32 way back in 2004, and within twelve months had accrued nine penalty points for speeding misdemeanours. At that point my wife took it away and left me with a lowly W202 C200 to use as my daily runabout.

Fast forward ten years, and my good behaviour has paid off!!

Picked up this today!

I think I may have one of those collecting disorders!

I have been tempted by a 63 many times. I've had both pre and post facelift cars on weekend loan from my local dealer, but they just don't press my button. Great cars, but for me the combination of fuel consumption and engine reliability worries put me off. The opportunity of this C55 came up, and the deal was so good I couldn't turn it down. The M113 is my favourite Merc engine I think!
