Actually that's right up my street, I admit to having various pairs of cord trousers (with turn ups - a lovely pair in a nice purple colour) and moleskins in my wardrobe, along with hunting jackets, brogues etc...

I was just born too late.

I particularly like:

"The perfectly dressed, under-achieving dandies with no interest in sport"

I do like Formula 1 though...but then back in the day it was a Chaps sport what what!
 
Ok ok, I have a Bookster Jacket and I buy my shoes from Herring shoes....

I get suits made a nice little place in Surbiton where the pleasant chap (and he is clearly a chap) asks "Which side does sir dress".

I clearly require a subscription immediately.

Sorry Mudster, but no chap worth his salt would be caught using that hateful expression, which actually made it into my pet hates elsewhere on this forum. I suspect you have fallen prey to the influence of American TV (or perhaps American associates). Sounds like that subscription can't come a moment too soon to help redress the balance and restore your credentials. :)
