For me this exhaust note is my favourite I have heard this far. Deep and vicious. Just not sure can be lived with on a day to day car. Drone is biggest concern.

Had a really nice exhaust set up on a bwm e61 545I straight through magnaflow system but was just to droney at day to day driving. It did sound very nice. That was a few years ago.

I like the original amg e55K exhaust note also.

Some after market systems I have heard not mad about to be honest.

Mine is as stock as they come unlike most on this uk forum. I do have a set of after market alloys arriving shortly.

This exhaust debate goes on and on and on. I personally love the oem W211 e55 exhaust. But also love the above. Still haven't heard anything that comes close to it. Big up Miestercharft

I heard an M4 pulling away at some knots today. Sounded like a donkey breaking wind in the corner of a field.

The good old donkey shouldn't be associated with such a dreadful design as the m4 lol.
