This is still offered for sale.
I have had three views ..... All people who wanted to bulldoze it and completely re-develop the site.
A shame in many ways ..... But - That's the way of the world.
No one's yet offered me my price as in post #1.
Will start to market it seriously in the new year.

A sorry story.
This property went on the market early March.
I had a dozen views within a month and sold it (subject to contract) to an enthusiastic couple who said they had no property to sell.
With my permission, they decorated it and carpeted it thru-out while contracts were being prepared.
Four wasted months later - after much procrastination - it turned out they couldn't sell their own house and withdrew from the market.
I was pretty fed up.
So - Everyone - My bungalow is back on the market with Purple Bricks.
Anyone interested - Please give me a ping (or PM me) - as per the above ad.
