Tinting tomorrow need help

Hi I'm getting my 2012 w204 fire opal red c250's rear windows tinted tomorrow but can't decide on what percentage still. Anyone have a red w204 with windows tinted to show me some pics to give me a better idea.

I think stock privacy windows are approx 20% across most manufacturers.

Dependant on what you're trying to achieve will determine what % tint to go for. Are you having just the rear three done?

My thought is don't go too dark.... looks naff

Yes just rear three. Went 30% so waiting to collect car at 2pm then head to beach. Will try and take some pics and throw them up. Hopefully I've picked the right percentage !

Don't worry - it will look great!
In Abu Dhabi - the legal limit is 30%.
Our ML63 and Infiniti G37S coupe are both at 40% (would not want to go darker - would be too dark at night).

I thinks it's all windows (excluding windscreen)

Hi,
For expats - all except front windscreen to 30% tint.
Nationals - generally anything goes - including full car tints to more than 50%
Some cars - you simply cannot see the interior from the outside, the tint is so dark.

Btw, my brand new gle bought in April - standard tints, not sure re percentage, sides look good on black car but the back window could have been a higher percentage. Out Jeep Grand Cherooke has darker timts on a black car, looks good and it to is a standard factor fit.
