transmission or throttle body???

Hi guys, i own w202 c180, 1993 year manual MB and i need some help, the problem is when i step my clutch and shift to my first gear and slowly get off from clutch (usually car moves slowly forward) my car moves with sounds like kicking in transmission (specially when you in traffic jam moves like turtle) or engine like dakdakdak.

Or
Driveshaft splines in gearbox damaged

many thanks for reply, it seems like drive shaft rubber boot is it possible to purchase it from UK?
