Ultrasonic detectors for an R129 SL?

Hi folks,

Bit of a long shot here.

My recent acquisition, a 1990 500SL has 2 ultrasonic detectors in the car, one on each A pillar. They are little black sensors. I believe they are part of the standard alarm system as fitted to the car.

Unfortunately, one of the little holders has broken. Any idea where I might get a spare? I'm guessing MB breakers?

I also believe this alarm system was fitted to the W140 S Class too.

Any help most appreciated.

If mememory serves, I am sure they are actuially the same as Scorpion Alarms. A car alarm specialist may be able to help ...or as you say, an MB breakers
