Value review of the w210 E280 cdi?

I've found a w210 E280 cdi(2002) online with 150,000 km on it and the dealer is asking about 7500 pounds( converted from indian rupees) which i know is way too high. How much would the value of the vehicle in the uk be assuming it is in good condition? Also, what are the mpg figures compared to the e220 cdi? How's the ownership front compared to the e220 cdi?

There is no W210 E280cdi here, but the E320cdi with like mileage would struggle to sell for more than £2000 if in good condition.

An E320 vs E220Cdi? - more torque, more cylinders to go wrong, worse fuel consumption but smoother and more refined.
