VITO
Hi,

Recently bought a 2004 Vito SWB. With the intention of using it as a van to sleep in, adding a bed in the back.

I've come across 2 issues.

1 - If I lock the van from the inside, which I would like to do so I can sleep securely. Any movement sets the alarm off.

2 - The interior lights in the back take a very long time to turn off automatically.

Anyone found the same issues? Any solutions.

Sorry if this is a noob question.
Thanks!

There should be a switch to disable the internal movement sensor. On the overhead panel or center console.
It may be possible to change the fade out time in one of the cluster menus or via STAR

Hi, I just lock using the pushes on doors , had a few issues with interior alarm when sleeping inside as I never looked at the manual.
Think the timer is 10 mins +, can't you just switch off on dash if required
