W124 bulbs?

Hi

Please can somebody tell me what are the correct bulbs for the fan speed knobs on the dash board. These are the capless push in type.

Bulb number and voltage would be lovely thank you.

They are something like 0.4w. Get them from MB - not expensive. Most places will sell you 1w bulbs which are too bright and make the panel very hot. I have a couple spare but there are no markings on the packet they came n from MB

Not sure about the picture but these are what I bought and have been in and working for some time.

Bruce do a google on it - Mercedes - Benz E - Class [1987 -1993] W124- Lights +Lenses they are all in there for the W124.

Nightmare. I got two of these direct from MB. This took several weeks.

Why? MB have none left!!

These are the correct 0.4w ones. MB had to trawl round their network finding 1 in one dealer and another with another dealer.

So if anybody knows a supplier of of the 0.4w bulbs? Please post here.
