Provided it fits in with my shift pattern then I could be swayed into bringing my newly acquired 500E along. Sorry I haven't posted any pics yet - I have been too busy enjoying the old girl :thumb:

That's quite central in the UK ????!!!!!!!????????

Shall we 124 owners put down where we are each located and then perhaps we can arrive at a more central location concensus ?

I am near READING Berks.

^ The only reason i suggested,is because that belongs to one of the mods brother and it has a nice carpark

In the first instance dw124 and I thought of trying to get a London event going to start with. Given how close that one is to the M25 it is no less convenient for people coming a decent stretch away from London.

Never having organised such an event for cars, I suspect we are after a space big enough to park up a certain number of cars, with facilities such as food and drink, loos etc that isn't going to cost much or indeed anything. Any other factors to bear in mind?

Still taken by the idea of the Ace cafe - but then, it would only take me 20 mins to get there!

I'll try and pop along depending on the date etc - not sure my 300TE is a show car  but I might come in the CLK55 or 190E?

Will
